Feature
Advanced performance and structure: The electric chain hoist boasts a sophisticated structural design, with its body made of high-strength tensile shell or die-cast aluminum shell, precision-manufactured through thin-wall extrusion molding. It is characterized by small size, light weight, and high strength.
Convenient operation: The electric chain hoist is reliable in performance and easy to operate. Operators can manipulate it via buttons on the ground, in the control room, or through wired or wireless remote control.
Wide range of applications: Typically weighing 0.16 tons and capable of lifting to a height of 3,120 meters, the electric chain hoist can be installed on suspended I-beams, curved tracks, jib crane guide rails, and fixed lifting points for lifting heavy loads. It can also serve as a lifting mechanism for power line maintenance and as a component of modern electronic control automated lines.
High safety performance: The electric chain hoist features an independent gearbox system with a sealed two-stage coaxial gear transmission mechanism inside and a long-lasting oil-bath lubrication system. Additionally, it is equipped with a powder metallurgy clutch as an overload protection device, and the brake adopts a disc-type DC electromagnetic brake with high braking torque, smoothness, speed, and low noise.
Applications
Electric chain hoists are widely used in various industries such as factories, warehouses, wind power generation, logistics, docks, and construction. They are primarily used for lifting or loading and unloading goods, as well as lifting heavy objects to facilitate work or repairing large machinery.
